## Booking

- 25% deposit for arrivals more than 14 days away, full payment for arrivals within 14 days
- Full refund within 72 hours of booking
- Full refund minus 10% admin fee if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival
- 12-month credit voucher (or 50% refund at our discretion) if cancelled within 14 days
- Full refund or free reschedule for genuine emergencies (vehicle breakdown, illness, bereavement)
